God always comes to rescue his loved ones.So it only makes since he would save you from suffering anymore and ask you one of his strongest children and soldiers to join his army.As much as we need people with your spirit and heart here he needs it much more. Can't wait to join you and fly free forever by your side.I love you from my soul with every spiritual molecule. Please tell god to save a space for all your loved ones and no matter what happens here with me don't look down.Your are finally free to spread your wings and fly fly forever.

Thank you Sis, Ken and Aunt Sydnetta for being that bridge between me and Mom and keeping us connected during that differcult time. I want to thank Andrea Sykes and my kids Sidel and Celina Ugoriji for your love and support. I want to thank all three of you for letting me cry on your shoulder. Your outreach of love really got me through the initial shock of losing my Mum. You spoke nothing but the truth and I appreciate you sharing that with me. Aunt Jo, thank you for the everything you did associated with the memorial services. We know you was there with us in spirit. Aunt Eleanor, thank you for all the precious times you shared with my Mum. Thank you for bringing her down to Denver for a visit. God saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be. So He put His arms around you and whispered "come to me." With tearful eyes we watched you, and saw you pass away. Although we loved you dearly, we could not make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, hardworking hands at rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us, He only takes the best. - anon

To live in hearts we leave behind is not to die -- We will miss you Aunt Yvonne

Christ died on the cross to guarantee our salvation and to make a way for our healing.

Neither sickness, heartache, pain, or death can take away our salvation.

May my sister rest in peace.

Our cherished memories of Aunt Yvonne will be our comfort during this difficult time.

Aunt Yvonne lived a life that many would envy because she lived it with fullness and joy. She was a free spirit always ready to soar above the clouds. Her character was one of strength and courage.

She lived a life that exemplified qualifies that we will always treasure – loyalty, affectionate, easygoing, tolerant, curiosity, thoughtfulness, gentleness, kindness.

May all of you find peace and love in the memories that you cherish.

Do not stand at my grave and weep

Do not stand at my grave and weep,
I am not there, I do not sleep.

I am a thousand winds that blow.
I am the diamond glint on snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened grain.
I am the gentle autumn rain.

When you wake in the morning hush,
I am the swift, uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circling flight.
I am the soft starlight at night.

Do not stand at my grave and weep.
I am not there, I do not sleep.
Do not stand at my grave and cry.
I am not there, I did not die!

We want to pray for our Aunt Yvonne, for we know she is dancing with the Angel's. We all remember those fun filled beach trips, swimming, eating and just having a great time. Many of those holiday road trips included our heading to some great parks, leaving early in the morning with boxes full of food to BBQ, snacks, drinks, blankets, you name it, we had it. What adventure we all experienced with Aunt Von.

My wonderful sister, Yvonne, has made the transition to eternity. I will always remember her infectious laugh. Once she started giggling, everyone in the room was laughing. She thoroughly enjoyed making others happy by preparing delicious and abundant meals. She loved having everyone pile into cars and head to Long Beach where we'd eat too much, play our music to loudly, dance in the sand, and try flying a kite, if the wind and weather cooperated. Yvonne considered driving a car as almost a competition. Riding with her behind the wheel was sometimes just plain frightening. Yvonne met the challenges of her life with great courage, especially during the last few months of her life as she endured a debilitating illness. I will always love and remember her. May she rest in eternal peace.
