Tom's impact on the law and the people he represented has been well documented. But he also played a key role in shaping me when I was a young lawyer who was blessed to have worked with him. I still offer words of advice from Tom to the young lawyers I now supervise. Tom you are dearly missed.

Pidge, I was so sorry to hear about Tom's passing. I will always have very fond memories of the friendship we forged over the many years of what came to feel like my epic class action against Dean Witter. Tom was not only a brilliant attorney, but also the finest of human beings as well. My sympathy to you and the boys at this difficult time.

I have a lot of memeries with Tom. One of the first is how fortunate I am along with Don Corwin to be alive today. Tom was showing us his safty on his gun and could have pointed it at one of us but pointed to the floor, pulled the trigger and bang! Wow. There were three surprised boys. Tom, Don and I were the 3 musteteers in grade school. From checkers to basketball. Tom was an interesting guy and has been a tool I have used through the years to try to understand people better. His positive influence will be missed.
