Harry Sperling Obituary
Passed away peacefully at the age of 90. Born in Chicago, he lived a long and fruitful life. He is survived by his beloved children, grandchildren, and many other family and friends.
A memorial service will be held Friday, March 9, 2012, 10:00 am, at Eden Memorial located at 11500 Sepulveda Blvd, Mission Hills, CA 91345. The family welcomes all family and friends to join them.

Dr. Sperling became my uncle when I married his nepher Marc in 2006. But I'd actually known him since 1960 when he became my mother's doctor and later on he also became a doctor to me and to my father. He was the most caring doctor that I ever had. I always remember Dr. Sperling's "magic drops" that we would get made at Maxson's pharmcy to help with head colds and congestion. My mother was delighted when Dr. Sperling became my Uncle Harry. Whenever he came to Chicago, he always allowed time to go visit my mother in the nursing home. My mother passed away on 2/22/12 and up until a few days prior to that, she would always ask about Uncle Harry when I visited her. He was her "favorite" doctor. The obituary says he passed peacefully and I hope so. Someone as wonderful as Uncle Harry should never have to suffer for any reason. I will early miss my Uncle Harry and he will lovingly live in my heart forever. May his memory be for a blessing.
