Ann Schwartz
(nee Lyons)
December 18, 1944 - July 5, 2016
Ann passed away peacefully with family by her side. She was predeceased by husband Dwayne, parents Joseph and Mary Lyons, brothers Charlie (Jean) Lyons and Bernie (Sheila) Lyons, in-laws Arthur and Rose Schwartz, brother-in-law Bernie Solomon and nephew Darcey Wagner. Ann is survived by daughter Jody (Steve) Kallichuk and son Jason (Jennie) Schwartz, grandchildren Katlin, Allyson, Zackary and Andie who were her pride and joy, brother Jim (Nora) Lyons, in-laws Jean and Sheila Lyons, Luella (Philip) Wagner, Angie Solomon, Eileen (Jack) Mitchell, Mel (Elaine) Schwartz, Clarence (Sheila) Schwartz, numerous nieces, nephews, friends and special BFF Shawn Anderson. Ann lived life to the fullest and brought joy into so many lives. Ann loved her family and friends more than anything. She was also an avid fan of the Riders, Blue Jays and curling. She will be sorely missed and fondly remembered. A Celebration of Ann's Life will be held on Saturday, July 9, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at Mount Olive Lutheran Church, 2015 4th Ave. N., Regina, SK with Rev. Ted Giese officiating. Interment at Cupar Cemetery to follow. In lieu of other tributes, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or Mount Olive Lutheran Church Memorial Fund.

I just discovered this when I checked her Facebook page and it brings me sadness. Ann was a special childhood friend and we had so many great times together growing up. Ann's parents made me feel so very special and her Mother was a special lady. My sympathy to her family even though I don't know them but I do know Jim.
