Dot was one of my favorite people from when i first moved to Montague Center in the early 1980s. She and Lionel were always so welcoming in their home and shared wonderful stories with me and any other newcomer they came to know. Dot showed me how she put up many of their garden vegetables, and was always ready to help. she was so sharp witted and smart and i truly will miss her a lot. my best thoughts go out to her family; i'm just sorry i have to work on the 25th or i could have said hi in person. Dot was just the best.
