Lucille Stark Beckman

1928 - 2015

Lucille Stark Beckman died May 31, 2015. She was 86. Lucille was a loving mother and wife who prospered in Lodi, where she lived her entire life. Her husband, Millard W. Beckman, preceded her in death in 1995.
She was born August 30, 1928, and is survived by two sisters, Virginia Beckman and Dorothy Weaver; three children, and their spouses, Bruce and Margie Beckman, Joan and Joe Fox, and Don Beckman; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
In addition to her dedication to her family and friends, Lucille was a devoted Christian and an active member of the Zion Lutheran Church. She was also committed to her golf game; played frequently at the Woodbridge Golf and Country Club and competed in many Northern California tournaments. Lucille traveled widely and enjoyed singing, both in her church choir and with the celebrated Stark Sisters.
A celebration of her life will be held at the Zion Lutheran Church, 105 South Ham Lane, on Saturday, June 13, at 1:00 PM.
