Rico Caruso Obituary

Rico Anthony Caruso, age 34, of Hazelhurst, passed away unexpectedly Friday, April 27, 2018. He was born October 5, 1983 in Lodi, Calif., to Frank and Kathi Caruso (Linde). He was employed by Air Methods as an Emergency Medical Services pilot.??
Rico was passionate about family, friends, aviation, baseball, food, and a great bottle of wine or a craft beer. He will be remembered as someone with a true love for others, a generous heart and relentless smile. His personality positively impacted anyone he came in contact with.??
Rico was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Tony and Catherine Caruso, maternal grandparents Willard and Mary Linde and uncle Alan Linde.
He leaves behind his wife Lisa (Olson); daughters Kaylee (5) and Olivia (2); parents Frank and Kathi Caruso; sister Gina (Kevin) Davis, mother-in-law Kathy Olson, father-in-law Lee Olson, sisters-in-law Leanne (Jake) Brown and Shawn (Matt) Olson; brother-in-law Christopher Olson along with many other relatives, friends and colleagues.??
In lieu of flowers, a "Rico Caruso Memorial Fund" has been setup for the education of his daughters Kaylee and Olivia at Nicolet Bank in Minocqua. Donations can be sent to Nicolet Bank and mailed to P.O. Box 54, Minocqua, WI 54548 with "Rico Caruso Memorial Fund" on the memo line. A public memorial service honoring the life of Rico Caruso, as well as his colleagues, will be held Friday, May 4 at 10 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church in Woodruff.
