ROBERT POOLE
CHAPMANVILLE, W.Va. — Robert Scott "Bob" Poole, 53, of Chapmanville, departed this life Thursday, April 28, 2016, in Ashland, Ky.
Born October 18, 1962, at Philippi, W.Va., he was a son of Winfield Scott and Margaret Ann Poole of Rock Hill, S.C.
He was preceded in death by one daughter, Tristan Denee Poole.
Bob enjoyed working, fishing, golf, and NASCAR. He enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Debra Lee Poole; two daughters:, Christy Lynn Jones and Tiauna Lee Poole; two sons: William Chad Jones and his wife Nichole and Tyler Scott Poole and his wife Heather; one sister, Shari Ann Pullman; seven grandchildren: Latasha Shanae Aryah Wheeler, Sheyenna Denae Snow Wheeler, Carson William Jones, Cooper Grant Jones, James Parker Tomblin, Carl Grady Lambert and Jerzi Reign Poole; and his mother-in-law, Florence Jean Christy.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 3, at Freeman Funeral Home with Rev. Jason Adkins officiating. Burial will follow at Haven of Rest Cemetery at Hometown, W.Va.
Visitation will be from 6-9 p.m. Monday, May 2, at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Jake Martin, Brandon Young, Matthew Young, Joseph Poole and Jerry Poole.
Memorial contributions can be made to Boy Scouts of America, Chief Cornstalk District, 2829 Kanawha Blvd., E. Charleston, WV 25311.
Freeman Funeral Home at Chapmanville is in charge of arrangements.
