Michael Phillips Obituary
Pipersville, PA - Michael Phillips, died on 01/05/18 at the age of 54, after a brave and graceful fight with pancreatic cancer. Mike is survived by his loving wife Heidi, son Kevin (18), daughter Sydney (11), his father Stanley, brothers Stephen, Glenn (& Kristine) and John, his sister Tracy (& Michael Quadagno), as well as his nieces, nephews, extended family and many close friends. He is preceded in death by his brother Danny, and Mother, Monica.
Mike was born on October 28, 1963 in Yonkers to Monica and Stanley Phillips. He graduated from Lincoln High School and received his BS from Manhattan College in Electrical Engineering. He later received his Masters Degree from Stevens Institute of Technology. He worked as a controls engineer for Eli Lilly in Branchburg, NJ.
Mike married his true love Heidi Lynn Smith, and raised two amazing children, Kevin and Sydney, who are his greatest pride. There was nothing Mike loved more in life than spending time with his family and friends, and playing his guitar with them. Mike was a true inspiration, with his faith in God, kindness, love of family and friends, and positive outlook.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, 1/9, from 5-9, at Reed and Steinback, Doylestown, PA. Funeral Mass Wednesday, 1/10, at 10 am at Our Lady of Mount Camel Church, Doylestown, PA. Memorial Mass Saturday 1/13, at 10 am at St. Mary's Church, 23 S High St, Mt Vernon, NY.

The Manhattan College alumni community shares the grief, and is now praying for our fellow alumni and the family at this time. The Alumni Office has been informed. As well as the Jasper Jottings community that I personally can reach. We are all a little poorer now. "No man is an island, entire of itself ... any mans death diminishes me". We are sorry for your loss.
