Renee Daiuta Feuerbach a longtime resident of Larchmont died July 10, 2017. Born to Leo and Helen of Kennett Sq. PA. Renee was a dedicated Nurse Practitioner in the first free standing Nurse Practioner office in NYC. Later she received a PHD of Nursing at NYU. Beloved wife of Freddy. Loving mother of Leo and Anna. Dear sister of Amy DeRosa , Audrey Daiuta and Brenda Daiuta. Visiting Tuesday July 18th 2-5 and 7-9 PM at John J. Fox Funeral Home in Larchmont. Mass Wednesday10 AM at St. Augustine Church. Though our relationship spanned only 7 years, I will cherish my memories of our warm talks on the front lawn while Gem, her beloved Westie and Dandi and Fifi my poodles romped and enjoyed life.
Being nurses, we spoke the "same" language in so many respects and shared mutual understanding of her circumstance. Renee was truly courageous and so honest and forthright in her approach to such an overwhelming challenge. I was so fortunate to have known her.
I send my heartfelt condolences to Anna, Leo and Freddie.

So sorry to see Renee has passed. She was one of my instructors at Columbia University. A professional who excelled and was also elegant with a lovely personality. She helped to make this world a better place, something we could all strive for. My deepest condolences to her family and loved ones.
