Janice Cunningham Obituary

CUNNINGHAM, JANICE C., 60, of Louisville, passed from this life on Thursday, June 2, 2011 at Summerfield Manor.

She was the former Janice Campbell and a nurse's aide for Shively Animal Hospital.

She was preceded in death by a son, Chris Howell.

She is survived by her husband, Donald Cunningham; a son, Jeffrey Howell; her father and stepmother, George Campbell (Mary); brothers, Bill, Steve, and Jim Campbell; and a grandson, Ryan.

Cremation was chosen. A memorial service to celebrate Janice's life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Southern Home of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd. The family will receive visitors after 10 a.m. Saturday.

Memorial gifts may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research. Online condolences " www.archlheadysouthernfh.com.

Thoughts and prayers to all family and friends. I worked with Jan for about a year or two and know without a doubt she will be missed by everyone that has had the pleasure of meeting her.

Of all the memories I have of Jan, I believe I'll remember her signature grin the most. I always loved that grin. My love and heartfelt condolences to all of the family, and especially to my cousins Jeff, Jim, Bill and Steve. Though I can't be with you in person please know that my thoughts & prayers are with you during this difficult time.
