I wish I could have met Mrs. Moxley and her me. I heard so much about her from my mother Patricia Norris. God bless Mrs. Moxley for a 101 years to be here on earth.I might not have meet her on is earth, but I will meet her one day. To my Aunts and my father. God be with you and bless you.

To the family members of Costella O. Moxley, we would like to send our condolences to your family. We will be praying for you all. We remember the family dinner at Terri's house for thanksgiving a couple of years ago and how delightful she was that day and also enjoyed the 100th birthday celebration.
