Costella Moxley Obituary

MOXLEY, COSTELLA O., 101, went to her heavenly home, December 14, 2010.

She was a retired dietician from V.A. Medical Center and was a member of Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church.

Survivors: children, Earlina Wiley (Roy), Wilhelmina Gertin, Garfield Moxley (Vicky), Ora Mae Green and Rhonda Browder; siblings, Helen Hatcher, Doris Reed and Robert Lenston (Valetta); 14 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and nine great-great grandchildren.

Funeral is 1 p.m. Saturday at G.C. Williams Funeral Home with burial in Cave Hill Cemetery. Visitation is 6-9 p.m. on Friday.

I wish I could have met Mrs. Moxley and her me. I heard so much about her from my mother Patricia Norris. God bless Mrs. Moxley for a 101 years to be here on earth.I might not have meet her on is earth, but I will meet her one day. To my Aunts and my father. God be with you and bless you.

To the family members of Costella O. Moxley, we would like to send our condolences to your family. We will be praying for you all. We remember the family dinner at Terri's house for thanksgiving a couple of years ago and how delightful she was that day and also enjoyed the 100th birthday celebration. There has been extended condolences from Charlesetta Samuels and family in Lexington Ky. We were glad to be able to meet her.
