A gentle, compassionate and loving woman, Patti dedicated her life to being a wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She loved animals and did a great deal of animal rescue. Patti's kind soul touched many lives and she will be deeply missed.

All Patti ever wanted in life was to be a wife, mother and grandmother. Her whole world revolved around her family and those she loved. She found great pleasure in helping any person or animal in need. She had a beautiful heart and soul.

Dear Roger,
I am so sorry for your loss. I have such wonderful memories of the early day's with Patti. They were actually the best years. I remember the day she found out she was pregnant with Angela. I think that was the beginning of her life as we know it. Being a mother was all she ever wanted. Angela and Andrew always know your mother IS with you and watching over you. My prayers are with you all. Love, Susan. Xoxoxoxox

Just got a new Computer after over a week of not being able to access the internet. Got this obituary from My Cousin Ronnie Scherzinger. I am the 5th Child 0f 10 Children of Dadaw's oldest Child (Narvel Joseph Scherzinger). I am a Scherzinger Family Genealogist & believe I spoke to one of the Sisters last year. Was given a little family information. Sorry for Your loss. Know that Patti is with Dadaw & Daisy & "Jack" & Ruby & her Brothers John (Jr), Patrick, David, & William & her Sister Janet. Knew about Dadaw's 2nd Family since My teenage years. Do not believe I ever met any of Dadaw's 2nd Family. Looking at Patti's picture I can tell she is a Scherzinger. Looks a lot like Dadaw. Am a Member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (Mormon) & know that we will all be reunited. God Bless You & Your Family Until We Meet Again.

Angela and Kevin,

Your mother was such a wonderful person, and I know everyone in Vinecrest Woods considered her a neighbor. She was such an adoring grandma to Jackson, and it was clear how much she loved her family. We all enjoyed talking to her. She was always so kind to everyone she met.
I cannot imagine how hard it is to lose such a special person so suddenly. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

I worked with her in Frankfort , she was always quiet and graceful. She was a wonderful employee and will be sorely missed by all her friends and co-workers at the Board of Crime Victims and Board of Claims. Please accept our heartfelt condolences, she touched many many lives on her too short time on Earth, people her family will never know or talk too, but I hope they find solace and comfort in the fact that she touched many lives around our state.

My dear aunt Patti, you have always been my absolute favorite aunt and one of the most important people in my life. My most cherished memories as a child were spent at your home with you and Angela. As I grew older I took the time I had for granted. Even recent when most of the time you were right around the corner on the next block. I deeply regret not visiting you more. But looking at your beautiful pictures, and thinking of all the beautiful memories I have of you makes me so happy. I miss you so. I love you aunt Patti.

Patti, I will always remember the first time we met at the Mall. You were looking at a Bulldog Charm, and I walked up and spoke with you. We talked about Dog Shows, English Bulldogs, and your passion for same. I believe anything you set your mind to do, you did with excellence. Yes, I believe anyone you knew or crossed your path, were better people for it.

We are very sorry about the unexpected loss of such a beautiful woman, wife, mother, friend, and family member. We still can not believe she is gone nor cannot imagine the depth of your sorrow.

I can still remember watching Aunt Patti putting on her make-up while she was sitting in the sink. I would mimic her actions and was amazed by her beauty. Aunt Patti has touched so many lives; she never had a negative thing to say about anyone, and was always there when you needed her. Watching her as a mother, I had never seen so much love from one person! I learned and yearned for this relationship and feel that she has played an important part in my life and how I raised my own children.

We wish we had words to comfort you in your grief, but know there are none that will take away any pain you are feeling now. Please know that you have our deepest and sincere sympathy; and our thoughts, prayers, and love are with each of you!
