Pendleton, James "Gordon",

81, passed away September 18, 2014 at Baptist Health in Louisville.

He was born on September 11, 1933 in New Middletown, IN, the son of James H. and Wenonah Winterkorn Pendleton.

He is survived by his wife, Christine Neff Pendleton; son, Erik Pendleton (Aileen Do) of Louisville; two daughters, Alisa Burch (Kevin) and Natalie Crosier (David), all of Corydon; 10 grandchildren, Alaine, Lauren and Luke Burch, Shannon Hamilton, Megan and Brandon Crosier, Ava, Adam, Nadia and Audrey Pendleton and one great granddaughter Ella.

A Celebration of Life will be held on October 5, 2014 at 5 p.m. at the Corydon Central High School Auditorium. Visitation will be held at the high school from 1-5 p.m.

The family has asked that memorial gifts in lieu of flowers be made in Gordon's name to the Harrison County Community Foundation where it will be designated for a New Middletown Memorial Park Fund
