I knew Frank from the inception of the National Association of Fund Raising Executives local chapter. He was a very caring and highly competent professional. He never flaunted his position as a man of the cloth. As such he was a great Christian brother to me as well as a professional mentor. He was genuine and he was always friendly. No wonder he was so successful. I also know that he loved his family as he spoke highly of them to me. I was fortunate to have known him.
