Carolyn Fyock Obituary
84 of Louisville passed away Thursday, July 14, 2016 at her home.
She was born August 13, 1931 in Evansville, IN, the daughter of William and Elizabeth (Green) Stofleth. She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Damon Tinsley and second husband, Jack Fyock.
Carolyn was a homemaker for many years and was also involved with the Rook Club since 1952, GG's Bridge Club and also the YaYa Sisterhood.
Survivors include two children, Tricia Tinsley and David Tinsley; step-children, Deborah Ulin, James Fyock (Cathy), Barbara Fyock (Jack Dickey) and a step-granddaughter, Willow Dickey.
A memorial visitation and gathering will take place from 3-6 PM on Saturday, July 23, 2016 at Arch L. Heady & Son at Westport Village, 7410 Westport Rd. Burial will be in Alexander's Cemetery in Hartford, KY on Sunday, July 24, 2016 at 2:00 PM CDT (3:00 PM EDT). Please visit www.archlheadywestport.com to leave a condolence for the family.

To children of Carolyn, my husband was a good friend of Damon Tinsley, went all thru school together in Shively, KY, graduated from Valley High School, and Edward Metzger was in Damon and Carolyn's wedding. Condolences to All of you. My husband passed 14 August 2011.

To the family, we lare so sorry for your loss, Carolyn was in our pool class and we always enjoyed talking with her, such a sweet lady, We will miss her in the front row where she was comfortable.
