AYER - Hector L. "Jesse" Creamer, III, 60, of Ayer, died Saturday, June 16, 2018, at his home.

Mr. Creamer was born in Lewiston, Maine, December 31, 1957, a son of Merlene (Pease) Creamer and the late Hector. L. Creamer, Jr. and resided in Ann Arbor, Michigan, before moving to Ayer in 1987.

He was a 1975 graduate of Peru High School, Peru, NY. He continued his education at Plattsburgh State University in Plattsburgh, NY and late received a Masters Degree in Computer Science from Boston University.

For much of his career, Mr. Creamer worked as a software engineer for several companies including, American Superconductor at Devens, Lahey Hospital, Burlington, Brand Image Productions in Burlington as well as the Raytheon Corporation.

Besides his mother of Turner, Maine, he leaves his wife of 35 years, Bonnie A. (Bushey) Creamer; a son and daughter-in-law, Cpl. Christopher R. and Caitlyn Creamer stationed the United States Marine Corps in Beaufort, SC; a daughter, Kayla Marie Creamer of Ayer; two granddaughters, Claire Creamer, Cassidy Creamer and his aunt, Linda Pease of Turner, Maine.

Jesse enjoyed camping with his family and their dogs. He was an avid amateur Ham Radio operator and belonged to the Billerica Amateur Radio Society and the Military Auxiliary Radio Service. He was also a member of the Nashoba Valley amateur Radio Club.

He enjoyed woodworking and playing his guitars.

CREAMER - Mr. Creamer's family will receive family and friends from 5 PM- 6:30 PM, Wednesday, June 20th, at the Anderson Funeral Home, 25 Fitchburg Rd., (Rte 2A) Ayer. Please see www.andersonfuneral.com for additional information or to leave an e-condolence.
