Edward Haddad Obituary

Edward T. Haddad, III
of Lowell; 37

LOWELL -- Edward T. Haddad, III, the beloved son of Edward, Jr. and Denise (Butler) Haddad of Lowell, died unexpectedly on August 13, 2016. He was 37.

Eddie was born in Malden on October 25, 1978. He has been a Lowell resident for many years. Eddie attended Lowell Catholic High School and had been employed as a carpenter for the past several years making the switch from a baker. During his baking career, he worked at Eat a Donut and Dunkin Donuts.

Eddie loved to work on cars and trucks. He would take them apart just to put them together again. Eddie was a voracious reader. He could read a Stephen King novel without putting it down. Eddie enjoyed snowboarding whenever he had the time. He always cherished the snowboarding trip to Vancouver with his high school friends.

Surviving him besides his parents are his sister and brother-in-law, Teresa and Patrick Moriarty of Wrentham; a niece and nephew, Bella and Logan Moriarty; his Nana, Jeanette (Visconti) Haddad of Medford; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends. He was the brother of the late Billy Don White-Haddad who died on December 13, 2015, and grandson of the late Edward T. Haddad.

HADDAD -- Relatives and friends are invited to Eddie's Life Celebration at the McKENNA-OUELLETTE FUNERAL HOME, 327 Hildreth St. from 2 until 4 and 6 until 8 PM on Monday. A prayer service will take place at 7:00 PM. Burial will be private. For condolences and directions, please visit www.mckennaouellette.com

Denise, I see you almost every day. I recognize so many qualities in you that just seemed to shine through to Ed: his easy going style, intelligence and quick smile just to name a few. He had a flair for always looking on the bright side of things, and never failing to offer a helping a hand. He was a true, respectful gentleman with the manners to match. I am sure he made his family proud; I am grateful to have known him. God bless the Haddad family.

I just don't know what to say. He was like a cousin to me when we were kids, but I haven't seen him in years. I am really sad about that now. My condolences to his family, who were always kind to me.

Ralph and i were deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Ed. As customers of Belvidere Barbershop I recall Ed from brief visits as a nice guy with a great smile. I am sure Ed will be missed by all who knew him.
The Haddad family is in our thoughts and prayers. Please accept our deepest condolences.
