Lee Williams Obituary

Lee Ethel Williams Lansing Age 88, was born October 11, 1921to Charlie and Cattie House in Princeton, Dallas County, AR and went home to be with the Lord on May 28, 2010. She was united in Holy Matrimony to Richard Booker Frierson. She was employed for over 25 years as a nurse's aid at Kent County Community Hospital and retired in 1986. She was a member of Trinity AME Church where she served on the Senior Stewardess Board. Survivors include: her daughters, Rachel Lee Hopkins, Evelyn Jean Burkes, and Marva Leverne (Adolph) Yarrell; 6 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; and a host of other relatives and friends. Friends may visit Mrs. Williams Wednesday, June 2, 9 a.m. - 9 p.m., at the Riley Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 3, 12:00 p.m., at Trinity A.M.E. Church, 3500 W. Holmes Rd. The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to the funeral.
