Arlene Donley Obituary

Arlene Donley Lansing Age 71, died June 20, 2010. Born May 11, 1939 in Lansing. Ms. Donley was a member of the Red Hat Society and was very busy at being a grandmother. Surviving are daughter, Kathleen Bolan; 2 sons, Kenneth Donley II, and David Donley; 6 grandchildren; brother, Richard; 4 sisters, Jean, Geraldine, Connie and Sue. Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 24, 2010, 10:00 a.m. at the Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 900 E. Michigan Ave., Lansing. Interment will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Bath. The family will receive friends Wednesday, June 23, 2010 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Friends desiring may make contributions to the American Cancer Society, 3100 West Rd., Bldg. B, Ste 110, East Lansing, MI. 48823. On line condolences may be sent to www.gorslineruncimanlansing.com

Arlene was like a second mom to me and will be missed! Always had her point of view and was not affraid to speak her mind. I respect her as that and as a friend. Rest in Piece!
