We were saddened to hear of Betty's passing - she and Jack were so kind to us as grad students at ULC, and we enjoyed our occasional correspondence in the 10 years since we left. We also were privileged to have our children enjoy their gift of the train in the Childrens' Garden at MSU. May the Holy Spirit wrap you in wings of comfort during this time of loss.

We were sad to hear that your mother has passed away - been called Home by her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! We knew your parents through MMPA, and found them to be wonderful, friendly people who contributed much to the milk industry as well as serving God, their church, and others. We pray that God will give you peace and comfort today and in the future.

How ironic that your mother Betty and my mother Ruth, who were dear friends should have obituaries side by side. Our parents enjoyed many special times together. We share in your sorrow. Jean (Van Den Brink) Frentz

We are so saddened at the loss of Betty and Jack. We played bridge with them regularly and frequently sat next to them at worship. They are missed greatly. But Betty and Jack are together again, where they should be.
