My father was a sergeant in George Buchko's unit during WWII. I wonder if they knew each other or remembered each other. I would love to see army photos of George. I have a couple myself that I can share. I would enjoy hearing from your family about this, because I am researching my father's time in the army during WWII. I am very sorry for your loss. It was a great generation.
