Gertrude was my mother's room mate at the Dimondale Center (Lura Cushman). I know there were countless times that, due to mom's dementia, she would take Gertrude's things. My sisters and I always tried to get everything back to Gertrude's side of the room. Gertrude was a very sweet lady. I'm sure she is free of her arthritis and is dancing in heaven. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.
