JoAnn Jane Pringle-Butler

JoAnn Jane Pringle-Butler Bradenton, FL JoAnn Jane Pringle-Butler, 76, was called home to live with the Lord in the Kingdom of Heaven on May 16, 2010. JoAnn was one of nine children born to parents Inez (St. Claire) and I.O. Pringle on August 24, 1933 in Lansing, Michigan who preceded her in death. She relocated to Bradenton, Florida in 1981 where she worked at Manatee Memorial Hospital for twelve years and later retired from Manatee County Parks & Recreation. Throughout her life, her fun-loving, youthful spirit reached out and touched people of all ages, particularly the young at heart. Known to most as "Mom" or "Mrs. B," she was a loving mother, daughter, sister, wife, and trusted friend. She was a kind, gentle lady and will be truly missed, but will live on in our hearts forever. Survivors include her son, Jeff (April) Butler in Michigan; daughters, Teresa Butler, Penny (Al) Wortham, Pamela Butler in Florida; brother, Larry Pringle; sisters, Elaine (Leonard) Burns, Linda (Julian) Van Den Abeele; grandchildren, Lisa (Shawn) Cyrocki, Jeffrey, Tina (Nick Montry), and Tammy Butler; and seven great-grandchildren, Ryan, Alyssa, Savannah, Nick, Nathan, Dylan, and Hannah. Memorial services in Michigan will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, June 25, 2010 at the Estes-Leadley Holt/Delhi Chapel, 2121 N. Cedar St., Holt, MI 48842, immediately followed by a luncheon at Mason/Holt Eagles, 1111 N. Cedar St., Holt, MI 48842. A tribute to JoAnn where her Bradenton, Florida co-workers, friends, and family can celebrate her life will be scheduled at a later date.
