Linda Sandborn Obituary

Linda Lou Sandborn Sunfield Mrs. Sandborn passed away Wednesday Sept. 30, 2009 at her residence at the age of 64. She was born Dec. 2, 1944 in West Coal, KY: daughter of Linville E. and Lelia L. (Widner) Blevins. Linda married Robert C. Sandborn June 15, 1963 at SUMC. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and family, her flower gardens and her dogs. She was preceded in death by her son, Robert Charles Sandborn Jr., both her parents, and a brother, Millard Blevins. Surviving are her husband, Robert C. Sandborn, children, Teresa (Mike) Hull, Kristine (Dale) Porter, Lynn (Melissa) Sandborn, Kimberly (Marty) Martin, Renee (Kyle) Carigon, grandchildren, Michael, Ryan, Austin and Elizabeth Hull, Zachary, Lucas and Taylor Porter, Robby and Alyssia Sandborn, Nicholas, Nadia and Chelsea Martin, Jagger and Kaden Carigon, sister, Mary Fender, brother, Donald Blevins. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m., Monday Oct. 5, 2009 at the Sunfield United Methodist Church. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. - Saturday, and 1-3 and 6-8 p.m., Sunday at the Rosier Funeral Home, Mapes-Fisher Chapel, Sunfield, MI. Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, or Sparrow Home Hospice C/O RFH P.O. Box 36 Sunfield, MI 48890. Express your thoughts and memories in the online Guest Book at www.legacy.com Interment will be in the Sunfield Cemetery. The family is being served by the Independent Family Owned Funeral Home in Sunfield: Rosier Funeral Home.
