Lucille Wilson Obituary

Lucille Marie Wilson Evart Age 91, died Tuesday, July 6, 2010 at Craft Care Home, Mason, MI. She was born February 9, 1919 in Hartwick Twp., Osceola Co., Mi to Wilbert and Sarah (Bennett) Lambert. She married Lester D. Wilson on October 15, 1938 in Evart. She is survived by son Ronald (Deanna) Wilson of Lansing; granddaughter Anne Marie Wilson of Lansing, grandson Andrew Michael (Melissa) Wilson of Lansing; 2 great-grandsons Michael and Samuel of Lansing and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Wilson was preceded in death by her parents, husband Lester in 2002, sisters Myrtle, Geneva, Irene and Josephine. Lucille was a homemaker and enjoyed quilting and was known around Evart as the "Quilt Lady" . Funeral services will be Friday July 9, 2010 at Corey Funeral Home, Evart with Rev. Stephen Scott officiating. Interment in Forest Hill Cemetery, Evart. Visitation Thursday July 8, 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be directed to The Evart Quilt Club or the South Evart Free Methodist Church.
