Mary Goggin Obituary

Mary E. Goggin Lansing Passed away July 15, 2010 at the age of 84. Mary was born November 28, 1925 to George and Helen Harrell. Formerly a certified Nurses Aid at the Ingham County Medical Care Facility, Mary was a lifelong Lansing Foster Park area resident. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charley in 1994 after 50 years of marriage; grandson, Johnney in 1994; and 8 siblings. Surviving are her children: Sukie Cooper (Rick Many), Tootie Eitniear, Charles Earl (Kathy) Goggin, J. Michael Goggin; 12 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family. Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 19, 2010 at noon at the Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 900 E. Michigan Avenue, Lansing, MI. with graveside services at 3:00 p.m. at Garfield Twp. Cemetery, Lake Station, MI. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, July 18th from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Contributions may be made to Eaton Community Hospice, to whom the family extends their most sincere thanks for their tremendous care of Mary, at 2675 S. I will always have memories of my Grandma some I will share with people and some I will have just for me. she always cared about the whole family she didnt love anyone of us less from each other and Grandma & Grandpa kept are family togther ,I will miss her so much..
