Maryjane Hoge Obituary

Maryjane Virginia (Geeg) Hoge Maryjane Virginia (Geeg) Hoge (formerly of Lansing) born September 4, 1926 passed away July 31, 2010 in Conroe, Texas. Virginia was born in Deland, Florida but was a Michigan resident most of her life. She was a Highland Park high school graduate and worked for Michigan Bell Telephone for several years. She was a life-long member of Unity Church. She is well remembered by many people in the Lansing area for her work and contributions to Unity. Her loving and caring ways will always be remembered by her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Helen Brown; sister, Betty; and brother, Bud. She is survived by her brothers Bill, Richard and twin, Jim; her children, Jan, Jim and wife Sallie, and Paul and wife Billie; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild. A memorial service will be held at Unity of Greater Lansing, 240 Marshall Avenue, Lansing, MI, on Saturday, September 11 at 1:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Cancer Society, in memory of Virginia, would be greatly appreciated.
