Ronald Clark Obituary

Ronald Andrew Clark Lansing Age 78, passed away, Saturday, January 1, 2011. Ronald was born December 30, 1932, in Grand Rapids, Michigan the son of Andrew and Mary Clark. Ron and Jane graduated from the 1950 class at St. Mary High School. He proudly served in the United States Army in Korea. Ron has been a Lansing resident most of his life. He was a long time member at St. Casimir Catholic Church, and retired from Consumers after 42 years of service. A loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend will be dearly missed by all that knew him. Ron enjoyed the outdoors and hunting but his true love were his grandchildren, they held a special place in his heart. He was preceded in death by his baby son, Michael; daughter, Linda Marie and sister, Barbara Cosgrove. Ron is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Jane; children, Doug (Lisa) Clark, David Clark and Gary (Barbara) Clark; grandchildren, Stephanie, Stacey, Christina, Daniel, Erika, Emily, Jimmy, Katherine, Michael and Heather. Celebration of the Funeral Mass will be Wednesday, January 5, 2011, 11:00 a.m. at St. Casimir Catholic Church with Rev. Fr. William Lugger as celebrant. The family will receive relatives and friends, Tuesday, January 4, 2011, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Palmer, Bush & Jensen Family Funeral Home, Lansing Chapel where a rosary will be prayed at 7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Beekman Center or St. Casimir Catholic Church in memory of Ron.
