Tim and I served together for five years on the Board of Water and Light as commissioners. He was honest, thoughtful, and always demonstrated integrity in his decision making. Our prayers go out to Timothy and his family. We didn't know Timothy but came upon the accident scene prior to emergency crews arriving. I said a prayer at that time. I lost my brother July 23 in a motorcycle accident and know exactly what you are going through. Be strong.

Dear Larry, Joan, and Eric. Tim was a truly a great person and we feel very fortunate to have been his friend. What a tragic loss of life. Timmy baby will live on in so many of our lives that he has touched. Always a pleasure being around a never ending smile a whole lot of fun and a giving heart. We are thankful to have had the pleasure of knowing him. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during your grieving process.
