Walter Flamme Obituary

Walter Flamme Mason Age 54, died April 11, 2010; born January 19, 1956 in Mason, MI to Walter and Margaret (McMann) Flamme, Sr. Walter was loved by all. Those who knew him were blessed and will always celebrate his life. Preceded in death by his father and sister, Marleen. Surviving are his wife, Tracy; one son, Josh Flamme; mother Margaret Flamme; 2 sisters, Donna Havens and Connie Whitford; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Thursday, April 15, 2010, at the Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 621 S. Jefferson, Mason, MI 48854 with the Rev. Ed Owens officiating. Interment immediately following in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the chapel Wednesday from 3 - 7 p.m . Those desiring may make contributions to the Capital Area Community Services, Inc., (Food Bank) 407 N. Cedar Street, Mason, MI 48854. On-line condolences at www.gorslineruncimanmason.com

We just(tonight) learned about Walt. We are stunned and saddened! We are so sorry that we missed coming to the funeral home for you. As I think of Little Walter (family name from when we were kids) I recall he was always smiling, adventerous, and very kind.
