Yvonne Pearson Obituary

Yvonne "Bonnie" Lou (Benjamin) Pearson Delta Twp. Beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, went to be with those who went before her on July 18, 2010. Bonnie was born September 22, 1932. She was a graduate of J.W. Sexton High School. She was the beloved wife of George "Rod" Pearson. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Dianne Perkins; her sons, James Dean and Gerald Wayne Perkins; her mother, Ruth Benjamin and father, Bert Benjamin. Bonnie leaves behind her loving husband George "Rod" Pearson; her daughter, Debra Perkins, Cathy Wollpert, and Michelle Benjamin; her son, Scott Parks; step-children, Randy Pearson, and Jill Ferris; her sister. Lola Arbaugh. Their blended families with 9 children, 14 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchildren, many friends whom she loved and cherished. She was the light in our life that has been extinguished. We love her and will miss her. Visitation is from 2-4, 5-8 p.m. Tuesday in the Tiffany Funeral Home, 3232 W. Saginaw, Lansing. Services will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 21, at Deepdale Memorial Park Lansing. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to McLaren Hospice. Friends may visit the guest book at www.tiffanyfuneralhome.com.
