I was drawn to this obituary for some reason. Didnt know your mom, Mrs Novella Laffoon, but perhaps first/ because of her attractive face- then reading about her life I just wanted to say how sorry I am for your loss. I bet she was a fantastic mom & a wonderful loving wife. I know she will be greatly missed by many.

I was New Deal School classmate of Novella, graduating in the same class. We had many good and fun times together. I will always remember her smile and quick wit. It was a joy to have been able to know her. Out prayers and thought are with you in this time of sorrow. May God comfort you in this sad time. Alfred Deen Jackson
