He was predeceased by three brothers, Albert, Howard and John; four sisters, Muriel Hart, Alice "Gin" Leclerc, Mary Kenyon and Ines Durgin.
He is survived by four sisters, Lillian Ferrucci of Milford, Mass., Dot Durgin of Brooklyn, N.Y., Gloria Pratt of Vienna, and Josephine Coombs of Brunswick; a brother, Robert Durgin, of Sabattus; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, June 25, at 2 p.m. at the family lot in Howard Cemetery, West Gardiner.
Arrangements are under the care of Staples Funeral Home, Gardiner.
