I served with Ted aboard the USS Hazelwood, DD531,in 1953 and 1954 and wish to extend my sincere condolences to all his family and friends. I enjoyed attending a Hazelwood reunion hosted by Ed and Betsy Gant in Ocean City, N.C.which Ted also attended. He was a fine shipmate.

Dear Scott, Leigh, Clarke, Amanda and family,
We offer our deepest condolences to you and your extended family.
The slide show was really great fun-I loved the photos of your dad as a kid and remember many details from those Somerset photos. Like didn't you have an orange couch? I think so! Proof is in the pic.
Your dad was always the kindest to me. Remember he let me move to Memphis with you?!!!!
also, those last photos make him look like he could've been in an LL Bean catalog!
Love, Molly Clark Cargas and Family
