To Joes Family, I had the pleasure of working with Joe at the Shipyard, He was a class mate(1978)of mine during the Apprentice ship and we both worked in the Structural shop. He was a great person and a respected trades man. I know he will be missed by his family and his country for his service.. God Bless you and may you find peace in knowing that he is looking down on you all with his smile..
