May 5, 2011 - Roy (along with Colleen and Meredith) will always have a special place in my wonderful memories of my life with AT&T in Richmond, VA. Roy opened his heart and made this "yankee" who had no family or friends in Richmond when she transferred there, feel a part of his work and personal "family" and I will never forget that kindness. He was a fun-loving and warm-hearted friend and he will be missed by all who knew him. My sincere condolences to his family.

Very sorry to hear of big bad Leroy Brown passing. We had a lot of laughs over the years, we met in Washington a few times and had fun talking about our times at DHS,the Naval reserves and the Tel. Co. He will be missed.
