SOUTH PARIS -- Theresa B. Andrews, 82, passed away on Saturday evening, April 23, 2011, in South Paris. She was born in Lewiston on Jan. 10, 1929, the daughter of Edgar and Florida (Potvin) Beaudoin. Upon the death of her mother at an early age, she was raised by her aunt and uncle, M. Henedine LaFrance and J. Emelien LaFrance of Norway.
On July 22, 1949, she married Carroll W. Andrews at St. Catherine's Rectory Chapel. She was educated in Norway schools. Theresa worked in the local shoe shop, area factories and retired from Oxford Marking.
She enjoyed going shopping, watching games shows and visiting with family and friends.
She is survived by daughters, Joline Andrews and Janice Andrews both of South Paris; her two special grandsons, Alan Lovejoy of Greene and Joel Martino of Mooresville, N.C.; her brother, Roland Beaudoin and his wife Joyce; her sister-in-law, June Andrews; and her gray cat, Abby. She was predeceased by her parents; and her husband Carroll on March 7, 2008.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, May 7, at 1 p.m., at Riverside Annex Cemetery in South Paris. Arrangements are under the direction of Chandler Funeral Homes & Cremation Service, 45 Main St., South Paris. Online condolences may be shared with her family at www.chandlerfunerals.com.
