It is with sorrow that this morning I learned of the passing of Murial. My mother Rosemary McCann, was as close to her as a sister, consequently, we regarded Muriel as an aunt. The love and concern that these two shared was encouraging. When My brother John died in '74, Muriel was the one to support Rosemary. She noticed Mom's memory loss and drove her to specialists offices to protect what was left of her memory.I recall trying to get her to say "Down Maine" with the New England accent.I picked up her and Rosemary's excitement over antiques but not Mom's passion over miniature candlesticks.
I'm sorry that this is late, but I just learned a few minutes ago. Please accept my family's condolences
