I always think of you as Ruby or Sister Lauren. It was always so heart-warming to see you and Mom together - Ruth and Ruby. You showed what love is all about.
My favorite memory is a time when my 2 older daughters and I went to Omaha to pick you up at the bus depot. My girls ran up to you and called you "Grandma". We laughed at the mix-up in identity (something that happened often when you came to visit) and had a wonderful ride home.
We will miss you.

Roberta Marcovich was my Aunt. My mother Evalyn Stetzel was her sister. Growing up we knew her as our Aunt Ruby. The Rogers - Evalyn, Dorothy, Jim, Ruth and Ruby - were a fun-loving family. When we were together it was always a good time. All of the neices and nephews have very fond memories of Ruby. We now have another guardian angel to watch over us.

Mrs. Marcovich was one of the most responsive and caring teachers at St. Vincent de Paul when our three children were there. She was their fifth grade teacher. Every concern which we brought to her attention was addressed. I think she was one of the most devoted teachers at that school. With deep sympathy to her family,
