I worked for Newell Leasing Systems at the same time Rod managed the Colby, Wisconsin location. I know he loved and owned classic cars and I enjoyed speaking to him on our daily phone calls.
He was a great guy!

Prayers for all of Rods family. He was a very great person. He always made me laugh when I was younger and I still remember some of the pranks he pulled on me. God bless you all.

On behalf of the Ed Brehm family, we wish to extend our sympathy to the family. Rod was not only a good man but a wonderful friend. We are in Arizona presently and can not attend the funeral. He now is in the arms of our Lord and his suffering is over. Our love to Rods family.

I was sad to learn from my brother, Glen, of Rod's passing. I last talked to him in September and he was as friendly and cheerful as ever. He mentioned the family had all been home to celebrate his 99th birthday and he was so happy about that. My sincere sympathy to all the family especially high school mates, Gary and Mike. Rod will be missed.
