Paul N. Edberg

1931 - 2017

Paul N. Edberg, 86, passed away at home June 2, 2017. Born March 3, 1931 in Palmer, he was the son of Carl M. Edberg and Edna (Johnson). As a lifelong resident of Palmer, Paul worked at the USPS for 37 years as a rural mail carrier. He proudly served his country in the US Coast Gaurd from 1951-1954 and was a member of Amvets Post 74. In 2009, Paul was predeceased by his wife, Joan (Keyes) and he will be missed by his son, Jeffrey Edberg and his partner, Sherri, of Palmer as well as granddaughters, Melissa, Erika, brother-in-laws, Mike Lysik and Paul Mayberry, extended family and dear friends, Sarkis Toshikian, Henry Zajak, and Donald McAdam. Besides his wife, he was predeceased by his brother, Carl. A graveside service will be held Wednesday, June 7th a 11 a.m. at St. Anne's Cemetery in Palmer.
