Flora Rieger Obituary
Flora K. (Kunsman) Rieger, 86, of Lower Saucon Twp., died Wednesday, February 7, 2007, at her residence. She is the wife of the late Theodore H. Rieger (died Aug. 2, 2003). Born in Hellertown on January 10, 1921, she is the daughter of the late Calvin and Mary (Ernst) Kunsman. She is a member of New Jerusalem Evangelical Lutheran Church, Lower Saucon Twp. and also a member of Spring Valley Sportsmans Auxiliary. Survivors: Three daughters, Jane M. at home, Janet E. of Hellertown, Joan F. wife of Harold J. Johnson of Hellertown; two sons, Timothy T., Jeffrey D. both at home; brother, James and his wife Esther of Bethlehem; sister, Dorothy Kale of Riegelsville; two grandchildren, Jamie Shellenberger in Ariz., and Jennifer Johnson of Ambler; two great-grandchildren, Kaeylee and Creed Shellenberger. Predeceased by a grandson, Gregory J. Johnson, died Jan. 13, 2003. Services: Family and friends are invited to call 9:30 to 11 a.m. Friday at New Jerusalem Evangelical Lutheran Church, 3233 Apples Church Road, Bethlehem, followed by the services at 11 a.m. The interment will conclude services at New Jerusalem Cemetery. We would like to express our sympathy in the loss of your Mother.Your Mother is where she wanted to be.Her "gang" is all together and I can just imagine how happy they are all being together again.She was a beautiful person and I know she will be remembered by a lot of people.

Dear Jane, Janette, Joan, Tim and Jeff, I am so sorry to read of your mothers passing. This saturday will be one year anniversary of our moms death. I like to think that they are all together again visiting and celebrating their new life. Surely you will miss her and she will miss you all as well.
