Ankele, Geraldine M.Geraldine M. Ankele, 77, of Upper Saucon Twp. passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 17, 2015 at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest, Salisbury Twp. in the loving presence of her daughters and family. She is the wife of the late Carl Adam Ankele (died Oct. 26, 2013). Geraldine was born on March 18, 1936 on Williams Street, Bethlehem to the late James & Veronica (McKay) Nagy. She was the head cook at Southern Lehigh Middle School for many years until retirement. Geraldine was a wife, mother, grandmother, and aunt, who was deeply loved and respected for her family values and will be greatly missed by many. Survivors: Loving Daughters: Denise C. (Philip, III) Higdon of Charleston, SC, Michele R. Ankele of Center Valley; brother: Edwin (Dianne) Nagy of Peoria, IL; grandchildren: Krystal Rose, George Philip, IV and Patrick. Predeceased by siblings: Dennis & Sharon Nagy. Services: Private. No Calling Hours. Interment at Union Cemetery of Hellertown.
