Paul Bugay Obituary
Paul Dominic Bugay, 80, of Mansfield, PA died on November 18, 2010. He was born in Birdsboro, PA; the son of the late Dominic and Anna (Ferko) Bugay. Paul proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He served his community as an art teacher from pre-k to graduate school for over 36 years. Paul was also a member of the Knights of Columbus. Survivors: Paul will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Steffie Mary (Winiarska) Bugay; his daughters, Stephanie Sharpe, Teresa Williamson and Paulette Lebchuk, and her husband, Andrew, as well as his son, Paul Joseph, and his wife, Jean; six grandchildren; and one great grandson. He is also survived by his sisters Mary Fleming and Rose Harter. Paul was preceded in death by his sisters, Anna Rodolff and Dorothy Bugay; his brothers, John, Joseph and Andrew; and his son-in-law Jack Sharpe. Services: Arrangements have been entrusted to Connell Funeral Home, Bethlehem. A viewing will be held from 9 to 9:45 a.m. on Wednesday, November 24, 2010 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 3219 Santee Rd., Bethlehem, PA 18020 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial and entombment will be held at Gethsemane Cemetery, 3139 Kutztown Rd., Reading PA 19605 on Monday, November 29, 2010 at 11 a.m. Contributions: In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Lehigh Valley Hospice, 2166 S. 12 St. # 101, Allentown, PA 18103.
