Tyree Wimberly Obituary
Tyree K. Wimberly, 21, of Allentown, passed away on Saturday. Born in Allentown, he graduated from Liberty High School, Bethlehem VoTech and Triangle Tech. Survivors: Mother, Valerie A. Wimberly; sisters, Angelina A. Boka and Syreshia S. Wimberly; a brother, LQuell V. Wimberly, the mother of his child, Cassia G. McGay and their son, Zavian D. Wimberly; and nieces and nephews. Services: Memorial service at 2 p.m. on Sunday, February 3, in the Long Funeral Home, 500 Linden St., Bethlehem, 18018 where friends may call from 1 to 2 p.m. A memory tribute may be placed at: www.longfuneralhome.com. Contributions: To Long Funeral Home for help with funeral expenses.

I remember the day he got together with my sister he was a good friend to me and Cassie was very happy when she was with him . I had some good times playing tomb raider with him on my ps1 and he kicked my butt in street fighter. We smoked cigarettes together and he was kinda like another brother to me I miss him and I know he still cares and is looking down on me and his son who I have cared so much about and tried to be the fun uncle.

Valerie and family, I am hoping you remember me but if you don't, I just want you to know that I am thinking of your family as you go through the process of this tragic loss. I can still see Tyree grinning at me from ear to ear as he cracked a joke, did his homework, or played at Cityspace. Just know that a smiling angel is now on your side. God bless. Ms. Pat

sometimes i feel life is unfair by taking those we love from us and i myself have learned that the hard way and look at things different now and only good things to say for ty.He always asked if i needed help or did things for me without asking..He was also friends with my son who says there is nobody like him and told him he is fearless and will do anything for his family and how proud he was to be daddy now and only good things here on for me were the last conversation.mine was congrats daddy! and he said this changes my outlook on everything...prayers and blessings from our family to yours and he will live on no worries it is just the begining as he would say...

Prayers for the Wimberly family. This is truly a tragic loss. Tyree was a good friend to my son, and was like a son to me. He was the sweetest most polite boy I could remember. I am deeply saddened by this loss, and will always remember you Ty.

Tears fill my eyes and my heart breaks having to even write this to begin with. Your family has always been important to my family and it kills me to know one of you is gone. I remember coming home from school to you,Jesse,lquell,Justin and Juan all playing Halo. Im gona miss you hunny and Im sorry we all fell so distant. You are my brother and i hate knowing your time is up. Keep a place vacant for all of us so we can all be together up there. I pray you finally rest peacefully. To Tyree's family, I am Mr. Hartz. I was Tyree,s teacher in 4th term. There is nothing no one can write you, or say to you to ease the pain of your loss. Tyree is one of so many young men and women iv'e known ,this life has decided they, are to good for, including my son. Faith, church, belief, are worthless, if we don't apply what we cuddle, when it becomes personal. A song comes to mind where the words go, "this world was never ment for one as beautiful as you". This is what I feel for Tyree.

I remember Tyree from when I was his teacher at Cityspace childcare in Allentown. I remember his little sweet 7yr old face and chubby cheeks. I remember a quiet little boy who was always good. I am sorry for the loss of Tyree May God give all of you peace to heal and memories comfort you. You will not walk alone, you have another angel in heaven walking beside you.
