Ms. Debra was one of my best customers. Years later I still remember her wariness & kindness. By be I ng herself, she helped me to be a better manager. I miss you Ms. Debra.

Mr. and Mrs Philip Schiebel and family: I am very sorry for your loss. I did not know Debra but the messages indicate she was a lovely person. Schiebel is my mother's family name which tells me we somehow are related. I have lived in DC 39 yrs near AU. I wish I could have met her. Melanie A. Helm Washington, DC

Miss Schiebel was a wonderful person and a great customer. She shopped with me at Landau Jewelry in the Washington Hilton DC for about 2 years. She was always a pleasure; unlike some other customers. Miss Schiebel was always upbeat and friendly with a great attitude. She was one of the few customers that you love to see every time she walked into the store; that makes all the crap you deal with worthwhile. Miss Schiebel would come in to try on jewelry or just to see what is new. We would talk for hours. After I left the company, she told me to use her as a reference. I have been doing that since 2008. Miss Debra and her wonderful personality and aptitude will be missed. RIP Miss Schiebel. It was definitely a pleasure being a friend of yours.

Debbie was a dear friend who inspires many happy memories that span a 25-year friendship. She was an accomplished writer, creative thinker, and caring advocate. I will carry with me her warm smile and empathetic attitude. Even though we lived 3000 miles away from each other, I knew I could always count on her to be there when I needed sound advice, a good laugh, or a partner in crime. Her life was cut short far too soon, for she still had much to contribute to this world. I will miss my confidante deeply, as will those who truly knew and loved her. My heart goes out to her family and friends.
