Minutella, Jack A.Jack A. Minutella, D.O., age 84, of Newtown Square, PA, formerly of Wynnewood, PA, passed away on February 10, 2015. Dr. Minutella was a graduate of South Philadelphia High School, LaSalle University and the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine all in Philadelphia. He was a family physician for 37 years and retired in 1995. Survivors: Dr. Minutella is survived by his wife Kathleen C. Minutella (nee Masse), his children John (Michelle) Minutella of Allentown, PA, Lisa (Charles) Crawford of Rosemont, PA, Christine (Chris) Cheeseman of East Norriton, PA and Gina (Chris) Raiser of Wynnewood, PA, 9 grandchildren, his sister Anna (Raymond) Armellini of East Norriton, PA and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
