I loved "Orm" !! I delivered his mail when he lived in Kempton near Leaser Lake. I really enjoyed talking with him & seeing his smile. Almost daily I would see him near his window & we'd wave at each other. He would come outside maybe once a week to chat with me as I came with his mail. He loved talking about the war he'd faught in, Politics, & how much he loved Texas. Orm was always so kind and a gentleman. I am sad today as I have just figured out he has passed. Wishing I visited more often when he was in Topton. Was hoping to make it to his funeral to pay my respects. He was an honorable loving stubborn man ! :) Any man strong enough to go through what he did during the war and live as long as he did is awesome !! Sending all my love & condolences to his family & friends !! ❤ Sincerely, Karen Shrawder ( Ormonds mail lady )
