I am so saddened for those of us Mrs./ Otterson left behind, but so joyous that she is now with our Lord in his perfect and beautiful heaven. The loss of a loved one is never easy, but may the family and friends of Mrs. Otterson be comforted by the love she left behind, and the knowledge that she is no longer sick or suffering - Words seem so inadequete at this time. love to all

Bill,
David and I want you to know that you are in our thoughts. Billievee was always so joyous and full of energy. We just loved being around her! She will be missed. Our love to you.

Billievee is one of my earliest heros and role models. She treated everyone as though they were important to her. She always had time to listen, was always kind and never judgemental. She always saw the good in everyone and every situation. She always had time to share her love for Jesus. My heart is so very sad for her family. She will always be a great Christian lady in my heart. Our world is a better place because of the positive impact she made on my life and character, and all the other lives she touched.

I was fortunate to know Billivee for a number of years when I lived in Merced. She was truly a lovely human being and I feel blessed that our lives crossed paths.
